Physiology

They are covered with a fine, silky fur, generally light greenish in color.

They have no lungs, only gill-like structures under the jawline for pulling in air to talk.

They have no nose. Chemical receptors on their fur help them smell.

Their ears are similar to a cat's ears, but tend to lay flat rather than standing up.

They have three fingers on each hand with vestigial claws at the end.

They absorb moisture and excrete waste through the follicles of their fur. They excrete very little waste.

They are herbivores. A small, simple stomach is at the top of the chest cavity, which leads into an intestine-like system and then into a distribution system to other parts of the body.
